The forms are only available in German. The committee meetings are generally held in German.

Which form do I need?

• Application for student parliament or one of the student representatives: Kandidatur_stud_Gremien.pdf
• Candidacy for Senate, Senate Committee Medicine or Senate Committee Informatics/Technology and Natural Sciences: Kandidatur_univ_Gremien.pdf

Information on filling out the form for the student committees:

• General: For better readability, you are welcome to enter all data in the interactive document using a PDF document editing program.
• on first page: Please tick the committees for which you would like to run (Important: The crosses apply to all candidates on the list!).
  You can only stand as a candidate for your own student council.  In the case of a double degree program, your main study program determines which student council you belong to. If you are unsure which is your main study program, please contact the SSC. You can also change your main study program here. Please make sure you change it in good time before the electoral roll is created.
• on second page: Enter your details here.
• about the name: The name must correspond to the name in the QIS. Deviating from this, persons may run with their chosen first name in accordance with § 8 (7) of the student body's “Wahlsatzung”, upon presentation of a supplementary ID from the German Society for Transidentity and Intersexuality. The name must correspond to the name in the QIS.
• about your address: The address is optional. If you want to enter it, it must match the correspondence address in the QIS.
• about the semester: The number of semesters corresponds to your semester of study as listed in the QIS.

The form must be received before 21.05.2024 at 5 pm.

Information on filling out the form for the university committees:

• General: Zur besseren Lesbarkeit kannst Du gerne alle Daten mit einem PDF-Dokumentbearbeitungsprogramm in das interaktive Dokument eintragen.
• on first page
  • Please mark the committee for which you (and everyone else who signs up on the second page) would like to run.
  • Formally, three people must propose a list for election. You are welcome to leave these people blank and send your candidacy (different from the letterhead!) to the student election committee at wahl@stupa.uni-luebeck.de. We will then take care of drawing up a list of candidates.
• on second page: Enter your details here.
  • about the name: The name must correspond to the name in the QIS.
  • about your address: The address must match the correspondence address in the QIS.
  • to the substitute representative: The substitute representative can take over your voting rights if you are not present.

The form must be received before 21.05.2024 at 5 pm.

No scanner available or no option for digital signature:

Fill out the forms completely and then send the list by post to the AStA or bring it to the AStA during opening hours (Mon-Thu, 10 am to 1 pm). Printed candidacy forms are available at the AStA.
Please email us to wahl@stupa.uni-luebeck.de as soon as you have sent your documents by post. In this way, we can ensure that your candidacies are submitted on time despite any postal errors.
You will receive feedback from us about the receipt of your candidacy(ies).
